robet permits only one account per person. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity, mobile number, device, or IP address, are prohibited. robet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your robet account or any rights therein to any other party.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification will be required before the first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, Postal ID, and Voter's ID. robet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with applicable regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your robet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
robet will never ask you for your password in any communication, including via live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from robet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
You must notify robet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile number has been lost or reassigned, or if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
robet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent that such losses result from robet's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
All monetary transactions on robet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). robet supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to be credited. robet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed by robet's finance team and are generally credited to your GCash or Maya account within fifteen (15) minutes on average during normal operational hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to four (4) banking hours. robet does not charge withdrawal fees.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name, matching the identity on your verified robet account. robet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and may delay payment pending identity or source-of-funds verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
First Withdrawal: Your first withdrawal will require completion of KYC identity verification if not already completed. This is a regulatory requirement under the PAGCOR framework and applicable Philippine AML laws.
Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in any game may be subject to administrative review before withdrawal processing. robet reserves the right to charge a processing fee on withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been used for wagering activity, to cover payment gateway costs.
All bets and wagers placed on robet are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game type. These game-specific rules are displayed within each game and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the robet system, it is final and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a cash-out feature is explicitly available for that wager and has been activated prior to event conclusion.
robet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a manifest technical fault, pricing error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. robet will communicate any bet voiding to the affected player by email or in-platform notification.
For sports betting, robet relies on third-party data providers for live event data and score feeds. In the event of data feed errors, robet reserves the right to void affected wagers pending investigation. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and vary by game type, table, and player account tier. These limits are displayed within each game lobby and are subject to change at robet's discretion with reasonable notice.
robet may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these Terms.

robet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered, subject to the original promotion's terms.
robet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools designed to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to robet may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to robet support. robet will process self-exclusion requests within twenty-four (24) hours. During the self-exclusion period, robet will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing gambling services, including suppression of promotional communications.
Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, or thirty (30) days. During a cooling-off period, login access to gaming features will be restricted. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed once activated.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct when using robet. Any of the following constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
robet reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious and to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of such investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is detected, robet is obligated to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
robet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any balance in a Player's account may be forfeited pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, robet will process any outstanding eligible balance to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting robet support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Outstanding verified balances will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method.
All content on the robet platform — including but not limited to its website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to robet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use robet's platform solely for your personal recreational gaming activities, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any robet content without express written permission from robet.
The robet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of robet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use robet trademarks without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, robet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — including all gaming losses, disputes, technical errors, and service interruptions — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your robet account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.
robet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the robet platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
robet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond robet's reasonable control may result in service interruptions. Bets that are disrupted by a technical failure during an active session will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be voided with stakes returned.
robet provides its gaming services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by law.
robet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating a robet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
robet complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — with your separate consent — marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of robet's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between you and robet relating to these Terms or robet's services should first be submitted to robet's customer support team for resolution. robet will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or to arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
Disputes relating to robet's regulatory standing may be escalated to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
robet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent revision date. Your continued use of robet's platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must immediately cease using robet's services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
